Care & Safety Tips

1. Cleaning: Hand wash with mild soap or neutral detergent. Do not machine wash. Air dry only.
2. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Excessive moisture or heat will shorten the product's lifespan.
3. Weight guideline: For most dogs, start with 10-12% of their body weight including the pack (e.g., 5-6lb for a 50lb dog / 2.5-3kg for a 25kg dog). Adjust based on breed, fitness level, and energy. If your dog is new to wearing a pack, start with an empty pack and gradually add weight over several walks.
4. Not chew-proof. If your dog tends to chew on gear, store the pack out of reach when not in use.
5. Load evenly. Balance weight between both side pouches to avoid pulling the pack to one side.
6. Measure your dog before ordering. Refer to the sizing chart above and measure around the widest part of the chest.
